It's good to hear that my TV isn't the only one taking the abuse.

I wish it was on a channel I had heard of and could get. Comcast does not offer it in any package they have.

MM is an incredible talent but he has been doing that crap since his rookie year and it’s surprising no one has gotten hurt. He needs to be black flagged immmediaety and start the next race from the pits...with greater penalities if he continues his dangerous riding.

I can't believe nobody picked Spies up as an announcer. They had him up in the booth for a whole race when he was sitting out injured one time. Best commentary I've ever heard.

The start was an okay compromise. Personally, I think they should have flipped the script - Had Miller start from pit lane with a full 3 second headstart, then released the rest of the field from the grid. Would have avoided the mayhem of a mass start from pit lane, but given Miller the advantage he deserved.

Marquez' bump start, then ignoring marshals and riding backwards alone would have been enough to get you black flagged in club racing. It probably would have gotten one of the slower independent riders yanked as well. If Karel Abraham had pulled that shit, do you think he would have stayed in the race? Same with greasing up Espargaro's leathers and broadsiding Rossi. Yes, he's fast, but he also had the worst case of red mist poisoning I've ever seen. He needs a good kick in the balls from race direction. To be repeated if he doesn't learn from it.

I missed the reason that Miller got a headstart.

He was the only one on the starting grid with slick tires. Right before the race start, the entire grid went to the pit lane to swap onto their dry bikes.

This is normal procedure, but when every rider goes to start from the pit-lane it's just way too dangerous.

Miller got screwed tho. In reality, they should have given him a 30 second head start that would have more or less replicated the advantage he would have had if the other riders did start from pit lane.

It looks like they only have Bein Sports in Spanish here. Now I guess I have to learn Spanish so I can watch the races.

Agree, Simon's reporting style bites. He had some good observations yesterday, but it's lost in his manner of speech.

When you look at MM's big-picture race-behavior from Losail and Rio Hondo, he's due some serious spanking. He owns COTA. If he starts from the back, I predict somebody will punt him before he gets to the front.

Its about a 50-50 split between English and Spanish. Same for the WSBK races

FWIW, you can find motogp races on dailymotion.com . I watch the races every time online. You might have to search a bit to find the race, but when you do, subscribe to the channel that uploaded it, or better yet, find it from multiple channels and subscribe to all of them, just in case. Dorna has been trying to put the squash on dailymotion, like they have youtube, but I've been able to find motogp there every race, so far.

I pay 10 bucks a month for fubotv. Worth it to me for all 3 series, plus you can DVR the races.

Glad to know I'm not the only guy who is squirming every time Simon tries to communicate.

My impression of that race was the marshalls deferred to race control, and then race control deferred to the sponsors for a decision. Can you imagine what would happen to Marquez in the next race if this was NASCAR?

I don't know... it sure looked like he ran into him, then made sure Rossi lowsided in the grass. A final look back to confirm he did so. Seemed after contact, he could of easily peeled right, rather than running all the way to the edge of the track. It almost looked diliberate to me. His actions among other moments running up through the field, overshadowed Zarco's sketchy inside pass on Pedrosa, running him wide into the wet section, where he highsided. Didn't think he deserved that. Cool that Crutchlow got a win, sad that Rins kept running wide after passing, at least he got on the podium. Been a while since Suzuki has been anywhere close to the front. Marquez is clearly a fast dude, but he showed no respect barging his way forward. He deserved a black flag before the end of the race, along with his starting antics and his other disregards thru the field.
