2 Fast?

Howdy -

Does anyone know if 2-Fast went out of business? Just decided to check if their 2019 track day schedule was up, and got an "account suspended," page.

Thanks.

I know for a fact they are not out of business and have some great days scheduled for next summer.

Iíll double check and see if I can post their schedule here.

Hope not! I really like Mark and his group.

I hope not but i can say i ran with them early in the summer and they was no way they made any money with the handfull of bikes that were running that day, they seemed to be run as professionally as any other tday organization ive run with and i loved their preffered days with 30 min sessions.

I definitely enjoyed the ORP weekend last year, and hope they're going to run some more this year. Maybe he just spaced paying for his server space, or something.

It looked like there were reserved days on the ORP calendar for 2 Fast, so hope it's still a true story.

I can say yes to all of the above and I will leave it for Mark to make the big announcements. It is going to be an epic season with 2Fast, because he scheduled the BEST weekends to ride. Trust me when I say it will be worth the wait.

Looks like the IT department figured it out. The website is back up and running. Good thing to, I've got a new set of boots and rearsets to break in next year.

Can't wait. My stable is getting back together and my new job allows a bit more free time. Just need a truck now...

I hate to admit it, but the new Jeep Truck-thing is really intriguing to me. Seems like one of the few new trucks that isn't trying to be a fully loaded luxury car, plus it's available with 4wd and a manual. They are saying it'll be available Q2 '19, so perfect timing...

It would be hard to say no to the Jeep you could get the Diesel engine with the standard transmission. It bothers me that we can't get the diesel standard in the Nissan or Toyota like you can everywhere else in the world.

I love my cummins w manual trans, if you get one a few years old its had most of its depreciation and they tend to hold their value well from that point and you be hard pressed to get a more reliable motor.

Years ago I heard a Dodge mechanic proclaim, "500,000 mile engine, in a 50,000 mile truck." about the second generation RAM's.

I had 247000 on my last one ran like day one, just rolled past 200000 on my o8 and it still feels like it would rip a house off its foundation, and the leather doesnt even have a rip, my mom bought her jeep brand new and it didnt make it to 100000

SODO MOTO, Direct Vehicle Importers. AdamsGarage, LLC.

Two places that are bringing in the ones that were not imported or sold here. Older, and RH drive, but most don't have many miles on them and many are diesel.

Fun options!

If I ever do a project vehicle -- and I really do want to do one -- it will be with motorbike hauling (to the track!) in mind.

The dream is to find a running late 60s/early 70s Ford Ranchero (at least pre-'74, no emissions test). Then, pull the drive train, replace whatever engine is there with a 5.0L Ford Coyote, 6-spd manual, upgrade brakes, diff, suspension, and interior [bed, if needed].

In my flawed mind at least, that'd be an amazing hauler. Enough bed room for two bikes and gear, low step-in height, and probably 20 mpg cruising. Lots of fun to drive -- passing acceleration is key!
