Wreck in Burien on 188th

Saw probably 7 police with lights and 188th (fairly big feeder two lane) closed both ways about 7 PM. Came back by at 9:30 PM and there was a white sport bike on a tow hook as well as what looked like an investigation team still working the area. Hard to say what happened but it did not look good...

I miss my 97 CBR900RR sometimes.

It was beautiful.

And my old ZRX.

My condolences to the victim and their family. I can't imagine what it must be like to find out that not only is your bike stolen but wrecked.

I keep thinking I should not take pleasure in the fact a motorcyclist was injured in a dust up with another vehicle, then I keep coming back to the fact he was a thief on a stolen motorcycle and that feeling remains. I hope the owner of the bike had insurance to cover his loss. Then if the thief lives he should take him to small claims court for the deductible.
