Looks like reservations are "recommended". We'll see how it looks tomorrow.

I've taken the ferry up to whidbey island and back on Sunday a few times, never had an issue with not enough room for bikes, no reservations needed.

They always give preference to motorcycles. But if 120 motorcycles showed up, the reservations would get on first, and the bikes as space allowed.

You'll won't have a problem...

How did the ride go? I am interested as I had planned a similar route to go solo. Maybe some people who missed this one, would be interested in doing another date?

The ride today was awesome. Thanks for coming, everybody!

We had quite the brotherhood of motorcyclists experience today. From meeting up with two Oregonians on their way back from Alaska and dragging them along to lunch to a private motorcycle tour of Ft. Flagler from an off-duty ranger. We even saved a New Yorker from a horrific ferry line on the Kingston side. Even did our motorcycle gang good deed for the day closing up an old lady's gas cap at an intersection!

Ft. Flagler is amazing. It would be fun to rent out a house and do a PNWmoto house party over there. Any interest?

The ride went great. If you have time, and gear, take your time and walk through each park. Fort Casey is really a sight to see. The great thing about this ride is you meet lots of cool people from all different places.

I was concerned about the Coupeville ferry. At first I thought we might have to wait in line, but they let us in near the booths.

Over all a long day with the park activities and the ride doesn't seem as long with all the frequent stops.

That was Ft. Casey. Worden is the one we didn't get too far into.

I'm thinking about doing Diablo lake on Sunday the 7th. I'll probably post that up tomorrow.
