Good To Go toll

Back in August I used the HOV lane on 167 & 405 heading up north and got a toll bill for $8.50. Do I still have to pay the bill and if not, how do I take care of it?

There should be information on their site if you need to dispute something. If it helps in the future I think you can still get a free pass for motorcycles, I did a while ago. Also can be tied to a normal account for things like the Narrows bridge.

Thanks. Lots of fine print on the 2 pages and I had to spend a bit of time on their site. Hopefully I'll get it dismissed.

I just requested & rec'd a pass for my WR250R and included with it was some new info. You no longer need to activate the pass (tie it to a credit source) for any toll areas except for the Narrows and 520 floating bridges, just stick it on your bike. If you ride either of those two bridges, you'll wanna activate it so you don't get charged the extra $2.50.

I just called a couple of days ago to get my bill dismissed and they did it for me over the phone right away, after a 20-minute hold. As for getting a free pass - it's not as easy as it may seem. They still have the survey up and they say it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get one but I'm not sure if they're still doing it that way. They won't send one to me directly without having an account which you need to put up $35. And there are other places where you can pay $8 for one which I think is still a waste of money. If they don't send me a pass I'll just call in like every six months or so.

While I already have several passes (two motorycles, a truck & my wife's van), I filled out the online survey and they sent me another motorcycle pass. Dunno if they looked up my account info or not, but I won't be activating the pass they just sent.
