Clarification for the slow folks

For everyone that hit a bump and rebooted their mental hard drives, this is happening on Sunday the 11th.

I'm in.

Forecast has improved to merely Partly/Mostly Cloudy, with the NPS saying snow level (7,500) is above the level of the pass (5,400). Still going to be frosty though - High of 36. Passes are showing open.

  Spanaway

I left at 7 am and then did 12 home, 5 hours round trip. Very light traffic and only a few camper trailers. Hope you all had fun!

We did. 410 over, 12-123-Stevens Canyon-7 back. Traffic wasn't really bad until coming down from the Paridise junction.

There was a pretty good wind up high, so we bypassed the side trip up to the visitor center.

It was great. Thanks, Larry for leading us on a great tour! Here are a few of my pics.

I should have gotten a pic of those giant cinnamon rolls at Whistling Jacks, but here is the pic I was taking when Larry took my picture above.

Glad you guys had fun following a rambling old man around the state. We'll have to do another day of it, but maybe without beautiful Spanaway.

Oh, that's right, you skipped that part.

Fun ride! I figure my mileage at roughly 520 for the weekend (330 miles on Sunday and 190 on Saturday). You must have some kind of magic touch, because traffic never pulls over for me. The stoplights in Spanaway sucked, but I-5 was even worse till I got past Tacoma.

I can neither confirm nor deny that I may have a set of high beams that might be uncomfortable.

Want Bright go with these:

H-4, H4 R3 LED Headlight - ADVmonster
H-7, H7 R3 LED Headlight - ADVmonster

I put an H-4 in the DR and Black Buell has an H7 in the Low Beam Housing/Reflector. On both Buell's I've wired the low beam so that it stays on when the high beam is on. Almost don't need the high beam on Black Buell anymore.

That is why I peeled off and went up 161 to Puyallup and 167 to Renton.
