you gotta be kidding me...dude, open google maps and search eugene oregon, now look at how you can go in any direction for hours on twisty roads. you are literally in the central to some of oregons best riding, zig zag to to the coast to the west, or go east over the cascades. oregon paves most of its forest service roads too so they're all great. you can spend days on days riding out of eugene

Welcome

So, there are plenty of roads to chose from, some more "goaty" than others.

Territorial Hwy to Cottage Grove Lorane Hwy to I5 S to the south end of Territorial at Anlauf and back north to Eugene is a nice evening ride on mostly good smooth pavement.

Hwy 126 ( heavily patrolled so watch it) to 36 to 126 to 101 N to 34 at Waldport, (side trip up to Mary's Peak if you have time) to Decker Rd and S on Belfountain to Coons Rd to Monroe and back to Eugene is another favorite of all good road.

Wolf Creek Rd just out of Crow offers a couple fun roads but of a more varied surface, some good some aging chip seal.

Old Mackenzie pass Hwy 242 to Sisters is a must and the Aufderheide Hwy out of Westfir over to Hwy 126 should be reopening soon.

That should get you going.

I rode the 36/34 loop Sunday afternoon and saw and passed several sport bikes. That being said there isn't the same density of riders as some place like the SF bay area where you'll find a hundred bikes at Alice's or Mt Hamilton.
