Motocorsa still rocks

Even after Arun left, although he still shows up there a lot more than just Saturdays, showing off in Ferraris, hah!

I have always had great experience with them and there is a reason why they have been rated #1 in customer service a few years in a row.

I called them yesterday about a problem with my bike which showed up out of nowhere and got me worried since I am leaving on a trip tomorrow. Not only they squeezed me in the same day, even though they were slammed, they took my bike in, took the rear wheel apart and back together, problem fixed and didn't even charge me for it. For the record, this is not the first time it happened.

BTW, demo is happening this weekend, for those interested in trying new bikes!

Why the parting? I always associated Arun with that place and vice versa. Isn't he the one who's turned MotoCorsa into what it's now?

After all the years of going there for many things: gear, unveilings, seminars, MotoGP showings, etc. they've been nothing but amazing. After a decade plus I can only remember one time where they were snotty Portland hipsters. Admittedly I was wearing an Aprilia t-shirt with Moto International logo on it, after Motocorsa got rid of Aprilia. I got stink eyes and question on why I did not buy a Duc instead, from the barista to everyone on the floor. Those silly Ducatistas think their Bologna garbage is better than that Noale garbage...

Interesting tidbit... Brian Catterson work at Motocorsa now. I've read so many of that man's articles and editorials that I feel like I should go down there just to introduce myself.

Yup, he's been there for quite a while now. I didn't discover who he was until an online bike comparison lead me to that fun fact.

Lena, although I've never bought a Ducati from them, it's my goal to do so simply based on their customer service! Those folks treat everyone really well and I always enjoy going in there!

Although I haven’t been back to MotoCorsa for a long time because of the distance, they are STILL the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with and the only shop I’m willing to let work on one of my bikes. I was super impressed with my experience and frequently tell others how happy I was with everyone I dealt with. It seems nobody is left that I had dealings with, as Arun was the last one still there. It’s nice to hear that the people and treatment are still second to none; you never know when you will need help!

Though I've never bought a bike from them, I will just say that they are a great source for higher end riding gear and accessories. Their prices are often competitive with regular online pricing, and sometimes you can get a smoking deal on a closeout.

Bought my last pair of boots and helmet from them. It helps they're walking distance from my apartment!

Great crew in there, they've always taken great care of me!

Man, I'm bummed I'm moving out of Portland next month. X-/

I have all the old "American Roadracing" magazines he put out in the 90's, back when Roadracing World had a similar big-lower quality newpaper style format.
Though they all came with "glossy" roadracing centerfolds to hang on the wall of the garage.
Had to walk out to the "rat shed" just now to see If I had the name of mag right.
What does he do there? Sell Ducks?
