What, you mean for people who can't install them properly? I've had a Sena 20S since that model came out and have used it as a commuter in pouring rain, >100º heat and below freezing temps without issue. The hardware seems fine to me, but some of the software is pretty crappy. Pairing with older Sena models was usually painful in one way or another, and the "multitasking" functionality doesn't work with iPhones from my experience (it will mute the group chat if my GPS barks directions, but mute the GPS if group chat is too noisy) Good luck to OP.
