Well, that was super fun. Thanks Drazen and Mark for coming out.

It reminded me of when I was a kid and we’d meet at the local trails after school, swap bikes, and ride familiar trails at breakneck speeds (though today we were fairly sedate).

That Harely is a blast. It is like riding over the roads in a barcalounger, but is peppy and flickable and is a joy everywhere. Harley learned a little something about riding experience in all of these decades. I still think floorboards don’t belong on two wheels, though.

The Ape was even more fun. Every mile on it generated more confidence and with it speed, and the V4 power is perfect for the roads we were on. I thought my R1 was tall, but the Aprilia beats it by at least an inch. Very sweet bike.

I hope we can get out again before you head back to Maryland, Mark.

Had a great time today Vaun and Drazen. Makes me miss the good ol' days.

As long as the weather cooperates, I should be able to ride before heading back.

Just like the good old days. Good to see both of you and thanks for letting me try out the R1 and the HD, very fun bikes. I wish I had more garage space and...well...money cause I'd just spend it on more bikes.

Not riding since last October really shows though...
