New from spokane

Hey guys,

I'm in spokane for now, but will be moving to boise next fall. Love riding all types of bikes. Unfortunately had to sell my RC51, so now taking it a little slower on my harley.

Welcome. I test rode an RC51 in Spokane once. I think that is the motorcycle equivalent of a lit stick of dynamite.

Boise is nice, kind of the new boom town.

Welcome...If you're new to eastern WA, you'll soon learn this might be some of the best over all riding anywhere. As soon as this @#%$& snow is gone! ENJOY

Lots of good riding area in SW Idaho. I have lived in Emmett (25 miles NW of Boise) for 20 years now and sure enjoy how fine the roads are around here.

Thanks guys, I've been here about 6yrs now, and yeah love the riding. North cascades, and northern idaho are great. Looking forward to seeing what boise has. I driven down 55 through mccall a few times to boise and looks like a lot of fun.

Yeah the RC is a heavy girl, but a ton of fun. I want to get another one someday. Nothing like that throaty quick revving vtwin.

Welcome and goodbye soon I guess. You by chance did not have a tubular bar conversion on that RC did you? I pitted next to a guy at a Kent Track day that had done that to his RC to make it a bit more comfy and give him better leverage with the heft. Dayum that thing rocked and sounded so sweet!!! It was one of the bikes on my short list in 2005 until I considered what many owners called the 90 miles of fun fuel range. What Hardley Ableson are you riding/parking/waiting for the snow to melt with?
