New guy from Covington

Hey guys. I'm new to the forums and not new to bikes. I have clocked over 30,000 miles on my zx636r. I ride every day from Covington to North Seattle. Most of you have probably seen me. Green 13 636 with a red backpack. Hopefully I will be able to give you guys a little bit of advise as well as receive some. I'd really like to start going on rides as well.

I love my 636. Honestly I wouldn't worry at all about being able to flat foot both feet at the same time however the seat height isn't high. Lowering links are the worst decision anyone can make on a sport bike. It ruins your ground clearance and it will hit the ground occasionally as you ride. The 636 is unbelievably smooth, reliable, and most importantly fun. The zx10rr for 2017 is probably the best motorcycle for MY needs and I really want one. The zx10r has a better tank shape in my opinion(more room for the legs). The zx6r is more fun to ride and if I buy the zx10r my zx6r will still be my fun weekend bike. I do not recommend reading about the 2017 zx10rr because if you do you will feel the need to empty your pockets. If you'd like feel free to send me a message and I can help you with choosing a bike. I've ridden just about every major Japanese bike out there. I'm a parts guy at a dealership so I get to have a little bit of fun.

thats cool, basically ive had the taste of a liter bike with my 1125r and now i cant justify getting anything smaller other than a dual sport. my friend has an xt250 with a 350 swap and ive been wanting to go offroading with him and thats kind of hard to do on a street bike...

ive also been looking into cruisers for longer trips..

since EBR is back in business ive also been eyeballing the 1190rx..

so many decisions.. i may just learn to be happy with what i have an go shopping for a house..
