For some reason I have always been obsessed with cable and wire routing. Basically I hate all of it. More often than not it looks like a jumbled mess to me. On this project I spent an insane amount of time making it the best it could be to my eye.

One last detail was the horn wires that were visible on the right side of the headstock as they exited out from under the pretend gas tank. Yuck! I had been meaning to take off the bodywork one last time and lengthen the wires so they could be routed behind the frame and just poke out on top of the radiator where the horn sits.

Yes I though about relocating the horn to some other hidden place. However its stock locale is fairly tidy/hidden at the top/center of the radiator. Plus it would seem that this area is where it needs to be for maximum sound irritation. So I left it.

Pleasantly surprised I was when the stock wires were just long enough to be rerouted behind the frame. No splicing required.

I'm tempted to install an A/F sensor in the header and rig up a gauge for it, cuz it's just impossible to tell how lean/rich it's running without one. Maybe next winter...
Just need to add a 12V power supply to it.

Well I'm only 5'9" so standing on my KTM feels natural. Plus I basically grew up on a TL125 that I'm not sure even had a seat lol.

Its a sickness this cable tidying thing. You should try these little rubber strap things that come on Ducatis and other Italiano machinery. They come in various sizes and look so sano. Jon at DucSea parts and every indy duc tech I know hate my guts since I'm constantly begging for all their "extras" haha.

New chain and sprockets, and new Galfer black compound brake pads. Way better braking now verses the stock Nissan pads. The hammer in my hand is a joke BTW.

Went to a friend's place... he had a dirt trail and I happened to have my scooter on the back of my truck. Friends had two street bikes and a atv and we all went mudding on the dirt trail. Did dirt burnouts... my skid plate bottomed out a few times, but nothing broke. Now I have to clean it all off tomorrow.

Not today, but yesterday I replaced the clutch assembly and clutch cable. Smooth as "buttah" shifting now.

Replaced my tail/break light, and license plate light. 9 fasnters to do that, granted 2 are from the the luggage rack so 7 factory is still a lot.
