Have light kit, deciding on DOT tires in the meantime I'm doing figure 8's in my back yard

Sunofnun told me the correct break in procedure is to put it in 1st, hold the clutch, pin the throttle then pop the clutch and hold on... I'm going to try that tomorrow...

Well, this happened today....

Note to self, dog shit is hard to clean out of these tires... Also, he lied, popping the clutch while pinned in first just makes you do a back flip and your chiropractors kids college fund bigger.... That is all

Ride it like a regular day in the woods and it'll be broken in just fine. Don't bounce it off the rev limiter and vary your throttle. My neighbor gets a new KTM every year but they only look good the first month.

Congrats, very nice. Do those still have a throttle stop that needs cutting and restrictors that need removing?

2012 on are all FI, they are restricted stock but I bought the comp ECU that comes with the shorter throttle screw and the dealer did all that before I picked it up. I got a bunch of goodies with it but I'm waiting to put them all on until I have some semblance of what I'm doing on it. I haven't even changed the base ecu map yet but for figure 8's in the back yard it has plenty of power
