Ouch! I don't envy you the pain you're in (I've had plenty myself).
The wreck brings me to another point though. I've noticed when using a helmet cam, it's a considerable distraction to not try to get "the shot" when you should be focused on riding. I have fought that impulse myself.

Happy for you it wasn't worse. Kudos for posting it for others to learn from!

I see your point. You have got good perspective there. Its a bad idea to mess with your safety.

Truly sorry you got torn up. I too am recoveing from a broken collarbone. Two months since impact with a car on my bicycle (their fault).

It is amazing how things can turn upside down in a second. Then again, the more seconds you are pushing it, the more likely fate takes that second to bite ya.

We all loose our focus at some time. I know I've had some close calls because of it. I'm glad that you're recovering nicely.

Appreciated. Riding below 70% of your abilities is a good idea.

It was a great ride otherwise. Funny that nobody (including those squids with bald tires) crashed during the freakin' rainstorm earlier in the day, instead it was the guy in the superman suit on the last set of corners before slab and the end of the ride.

Looking forward to next season dood.
