We'll have to assume everything else on the road is trying to kill us. So not a lot of change there.

So if the driverless car is at fault, is it the non-driver that can be sued or the company that made the car?

bottom line? it means the days of suing the other driver - at all - are OVER.

why?

because it's one thing to go to court against gramma jones and another thing altogether to go against Google.

it is ALWAYS going to be your fault now.
