I don't think this has been posted, but happened a couple weeks ago in CA. The video starts after the raging started, but shows the Harley guy kick at the car, then it swerves at him and it all goes very wrong! ![]() |

Think it's been posted here, probably embedded within another thread but I don't know which one. Lots of interesting points in this one though. 1) Fucking stupid to kick a car even if you're being overtaken illegally inside the HOV lane by a solo driver; 2) Driver deserved everything he got: trying to swerve into the motorcycle was not only attempted vehicular homicide but utterly moronic because you cannot jerk the wheel over at highway speeds: simple conservation of momentum is not on your side and you will flip, crash, or in this case, both. 3) Damn shame about the collateral injuries and damage to the other involved cars. |

Kind of absurd how the news report pins the cause on the motorcyclist, when beyond the kick, it was all the fault of the corolla driver. Sent via HTC One M9 |

This is going to go a lot worse for the motorcyclist since he didn't stick around and tell his side of the story, and now the car driver might get off with less consequence as a result. Sent via HTC One M9 |

It'll be bad for the motorcyclist, but what he did shouldn't have any bearing on the consequences for the car driver. Nobody held a gun to the car driver's head and forced him to swerve into the motorcycle. That, and everything that followed, is squarely on the car driver. Of course, it's California, so the car driver will probably get a free new car and a $10,000 check courtesy of the tax payers out of the deal. |

Wow...this is what happens when you get two hot headed morons in the vicinity of each other...a black hole of destruction that sucks other in. Even though it was not the motorcyclists fault that the car swerved and crashed taking out others, he's certainly a contributor to the incident and a complete chicken shit for running. The funny part is that this is California, you can have two cars in the same lane and that lane is certainly physically big enough for both of them, but by the look of it not their egos. |
