One of the brilliant ones...

Death escapes no man and cancer is brutal.

I enjoyed following his rise to become a TT legend with his electric superbike. Truly one of the greatest motorcycle inventors of our time in the likes of Eric Buell and John Britton.

Very sad. Truly a great innovator, always amazing to follow what he was doing.
Brilliant mind, and bad fast too.
The world loses another great one☹️

Holy cow. Had no idea. Am greatly saddened.

And what a character he was too. One of the craziest memories of my entire life was riding several hot laps at full tilt with Michael at Laguna Seca and hanging on for dear life...

in a full size Chevy Van!! (we were doing track recon)

That's just the kind of guy he was. My condolences go out to his loved ones and friends. Very saddened by his loss but am a better man for having had the opportunity to know him. Rest in peace, brother.
