Oregon SB694A

I was looking up stuff about the oregon lane splitting bill and I came across the legislative website for oregon that says that the bill is currently "In committee upon adjournment" and that the current committee it is in is "House Committee On Transportation and Economic Development"
What does this means and does it have any chance of moving forward? I assume all I can do is just write a letter to the people who represent my district. Another article I was reading has said
The bill, which had passed through the Senate Judiciary committee with an unanimous vote and the Oregon Senate with a two-thirds majority, was denied access to a general vote, by the bi-partisan Oregon House Committee on Transportation and Economic Development.

  bikes, all kinds.
This bill made it out of the senate with 2/3 support and went to the house. It was then referred to the committee where it was killed last legislative session. There are no new lane splitting bills this session.
