New Stud in the Stable

I sold the 1198S, so I couldn't resist. I love the cruise control and heated grips. And the ride modes are very noticeably different. It's very comfortable. I've had 4 other KTM's so the hard seat doesn't bother me at all. I now have a permagrin.

Okay, I've modified my opinion on the seat. After a 5 hour ride today it's obvious that the KTM "Comfort Seat" is a must option. I'll be ordering it or the heated one soon.

And thanks John and Chris!

That was on my short list too, but I wanted to be able to wheelie with just a flick of the wrist. On a closed course with a professional rider, of course. The Ducati spoiled me in that regard. I may be old, but I'm still a hooligan at heart.

Really a nice looking bike you have there!
Not sure if you gave the seat enough time to break in yet? I know my 'Strom took a couple months to really soften up. I ended up getting a Corbin for it anyway...
