Makes me wonder if cops pursue fleeing vehicles just as a perk of the position. A way to get their jollies, like beating up presumed lawbreakers. I see no other reason for it as it neither protects nor serves.

Got a laugh of the several false neutral rev-limiter on th popo bike and i think the cop was having a fun time of it and probaly had a fair ammount of respect for the 2 up rider but i bet the passenger wated the f off that bike
