The Woodshed Restaurant and Lounge is temporarily closed and plans to reopen soon. Please stay tuned!
Hopefully, they just got hit in the eye by a falling icicle (or something like that), and will be back open before too long.

No word yet on if the Cinnamon Rolls survived. So, don't smack your lips in anticipation just yet Tex, you don't wanna get chapped lips going over the pass.

Speaking of which:

Chinook and Cayuse Passes

Last update:

Thursday, May 16
On SR 123/Cayuse Pass, crews have been sweeping the roadway, paving worn areas and clearing ditches of debris.

Westside and eastside crews have punched through the snow and met on SR 410/Chinook Pass. They will sweep, clear ditches and complete avalanche control work as we move toward reopening. No date has been set, but crews are planning to open both passes by Memorial Day weekend.
Instigation Out.

Chinook and Cayuse Passes

Last update:

Tuesday, May 21
State Route 410/Chinook Pass and State Route 123/Cayuse Pass through Mount Rainier National Park will reopen for the season by 8 a.m. Thursday, May 23, in time for Memorial Day weekend.

When the gates open, park visitors can travel SR 410/Chinook Pass (elev. 5,430 feet) between Crystal Mountain Boulevard, about 12 miles northwest of the summit, and Morse Creek, five miles east of the summit. SR 123/Cayuse Pass (elev. 4,675 feet) will also open within the park boundaries between Stevens Canyon Road and the SR 410 junction.

Mount Rainier National Park
National park crews have been hard at work getting roads and services ready for visitors. The park’s Carbon River, Longmire, and Paradise areas are all open, as is the road from Packwood to the Grove of the Patriarchs trailhead. The road to the White River Campground will reopen Thursday morning, May 23. Mount Rainer road access updates are provided on the park service website.

I heard the cinnamon roll lady moved to a place a few miles west of the Woodshed.

This was a few years ago, so who knows.
