There are only 4 or 5 wives like this in the U.S. Chrishil54 has one, I have one.

Most of you other schmucks are out of luck!

Yeah, you want a C14, no question. No other bagger compares.

While I am prejudiced towards the Norge (95,000 miles and going strong) look at any of the sport tourers. Upright riding posture, factory windscreen, and luggage are good selling points.

These are 2 others I was gonna suggest. I have multiple family members who own both and are very happy with them.

over the years I've seen many hardcore Kawasaki guys defect to the fjr1300, it apparently has the proper comfort and power ratios lol

That's the bike and color I've been wanting for a few years. Problem is the owners don't like to part with them.

I totally understand why. This bike....just.....wow. I mean, it doesn't have cruise control......so there's that. But it has Kick-ass-a-saki in it, and that's mobetta.

I would, if aliens stole my C14, also consider a VFR1200. And, yeah, the FJR is a stunning bike, if a bit slower and more.....regular.....than the C14. LOL.

I have been less than one inch away from buying an 1100 Hyper for like.....months.

What say you about maintenance and reliability?

Ever been left stranded in the desert by your Duc?

Agreed!

I still don't understand what she sees in me, but after 25+ years together, I've learned to accept it.

Her idea of a "perfect romantic gift" is his and her high end gaming computers. Only flowers worth having would be the ones on the 4k monitor's wallpaper.

I'm not worried about speed. It's not like I need to get from Seattle to Olympia in 20 minutes when 30 would work just as well.
