Best Mod Ever!

Went out and Modded my front rim on the Aufderheide last weekend.

Now I can make more bubbles than the Lawrence Welk Show.

And can you believe it? I did all the work myself.

By the way, the Aufderheide is open.

You can usualy get those back out with a press and a rubber mallet. Ive even just used a hydraulic bottle jack and the underside the frame rail of my truck, a buddy helps this ghetto method.

A bunch of us rode Aufderheide last Saturday on our way down the Cascades to Cali; it’s in pretty bad shape, probably in the worst shape I’ve ever seen it.
Those “gravel bars” where they’re installing new culverts got pretty annoying, especially the last one on that left-hand turn. Glad you’re OK, Rider.

I had a similar “mod” a few years back. I fixed the wheel with wooden blocks, a dead blow mallet, a truing stand, calipers, a dial runout gauge and...a metric ton of patience. Good luck on the fix.
