Belly pan fairing fz1

I'm thinking about getting one like this bike. Do you think it will deflect heat up at all like it my legs? I've been wanting to do the wheel tape for a long time too but I've been hesitant to order from eBay.
But the belly pan fairing is $180 plus about $70 4 matching paint and clearcoat I found a really good website paint matching if anyone wants that link I can always provide it

I think it detracts from the butch looks of the naked. A few chin whiskers tacked onto a handsome chin.

To me that extra splash of blue kind of rounds it all out nicely.

It does look more integrated in the Gen 2. But it hides the cluster of headers decending under the frame. I like that look.

Lucky. Your bike is already black. Probably didn't have to paint the pan? I got to pay an extra 80 bucks for the paint. And paint it myself.

I bought it used and the PO already painted it black. It started off blue as you can see a little bit of it showing on the corners but hey its a belly pan and will get hit with plenty of rocks and stuff from the road so it doesn't have to be perfect.

No. Not even a little.

Lower fairing sections are not a problem as far as rain and debris. THey do collect up a small amount, but you wash it off.

It does cover up the pipes and lower/front of the motor, but you let it be or remove it and clean behind it.

Like many other things, if you think its beautiful, it is.
