by new they mean "new to HD"..otherwise nothing new technologically...new in this case means something pre 21st century technology...

I have no idea what they mean by sport with forward controls...

got to admit I didn't read the article or watch the vid...does it have a kick ass radio?

Why do they keep making them so heavy? 700 lbs bike is not going to handle no matter how low you put the center of gravity.

Make it 500 lbs, raise the seat to 30" at least, move the controls back at least under rider's knees, and for Pete sake, remove all the protrusions that prevent the rider from hugging the tank with knees. Also, make sure the pegs are not poking rider's ankles with feet down, the exhaust is not where passenger legs should be, and provide cornering ABS as an option. And do something about this giant transmission case.

Then I'll buy a Harley.

I get that part, but a big part of cruisers, at least for me, is the aesthetics and that fat front tire just looks wrong. Feel the same way about the Sportsters with the fat front.

Not talking about a 21, hated the 21 on my Sportster. Besides that's just the diameter of the wheel, not the width. I prefer the look of the standard 19, and it still has enough width to provide good traction.

how does the steering mechanism even WORK on that thing?

my god man, what must the front end weigh?

but mostly - this: 100 quatloos to the first guy to do a stoppie (pix required).

or a fucking wheelie. wtf is THAT gonna look like?

BTW: with a front end as wide as a really wide thing, why the little fly screen that provides no wind protection?
