Passed the House will zero opposition only to have Senate Democrat leadership refuse to allow the Senate to vote on it.



No emergency clause so it might be in July, not sure either.
Word from Rep Mosbrucker office - Insurance Rule takes effect July 28,2019. For those without it might be time to start shopping.
