2017: What did you do with your motorcycle today?

Just as we did for the 2016 daily motorcycle update, what did you do with your motorcycle today?

Installed switchback turn signals. A fair amount of work to get it all fit together, but I'm pleased with the result. Phone cameras really hype up the lamp colors but you can get the general idea.

I used the snow as an excuse to add oxford heated grips to my tuono v4.

Modification had to be done to the bikes unique throttle tube as well as the traction control switch and the grips themselves. The extremely tight space for wiring was a bit of a chalenge as oxford uses bulky wiring and tamiya plugs. It can be made clean but it takes a couple hours and some creativity. Hopefully its worth it cause there is no going back without buying some parts.

I changed the oil one my blue SV650 and took 1/2 an hour and cost me $28, because I got Castrol brand motor oil at Walmart and the Wix filter at a place called Roxbury Auto parts

I watched it loaded into a truck and go to a new home! :(

Left it at the dealership for 3(!) recalls. First year British model... at least the recalls are very minor.

On the plus side, heated grips go on.
