that's the first I've heard of it...nice fairing up front..but it needs a different seat to be a true cafe though...how much extra are they charging for it?

First for me as well. Had a 2002 SV650S and had a great time on it. I like the looks of this one.

Standard forks and generic swingarm, gotta save money where they can I guess. The frame looks good!

Ya thats weird, no inverted forks? Good eye. It is a nice looking bike.

I think my Z900RS looks better though!

If the front axle mount is as under-spec'd and flexy as it was on the VStrom 650 then it's just as well that the forks aren't inverted, because then a fork brace wouldn't work.

omg i almost forgot about fork braces. they used to be an essential part of the whole (mandatory) post-new-bike aftermarket spree.

First year in the US was 1999. Congrats on two decades of incremental improvements.
It's still a good value for the money with a very reliable engine.

I've got one that still works.
Not interested in kicking it out of bed for cracker crumbs.
We've got cookies.
