wheel dust cover help.....

So when I got my new tires put on I failed to pay attention to which dust cover came from the sprocket side and break side. The metal spacer on one is thicker in diameter than the other. I cant remember which side is which. 2009 yamaha r1 is the bike. Ugghh feel like an idiot but dont want to do it wrong.
