Do you ever replace your muffler bearing as well? Does it require a metric adjustable wrench?

Well, duh. And people say there is no such thing as a stupid question.

BTW: I've managed to adapt an adjustable Whitworth to serve quite nicely.

Be careful your piston tassle doesn't wrap around the wrong bearing!

As an aficionado of the front handle rear stand, and owner of a small garage where it saves space, I agree the front handle rear stand can make a tire change challenging, as another poster mentioned. My solution is to adjust the dog bones on the stand all the way up before removing the wheel, then it's fine. The axle on the stand actually helps rolling the rear back up into place if you do that.

My fwd handle Pit Bull has ears that adjust up and down so you can clear the cross bar with the tire. Is there not enough adjustment? Or perhaps your stand does not adjust?
