So does anyone have any experience Heidenau tires? Specifically the K73.
I got a sumo, and have subsequently put more dirt oriented tires on it. Currently has Shinko 705s on it and they're good tire, but when things get a little wet the 705 provides no traction what so ever.
Heidenau claims the K73 to be a purpose built sumo 50/50 tire. I wish they made the K60 Scout in a front 17 that would be awesome, but they don't.
Since the Dystanzias have been discontinued and the TKCs are expensive, what are my options?

Contact Don at allmototire. He deals in those tires and does all the Sport Bike Riders tire changing at the Gorge every year.
Wealth of info. I run the K60's on the KLR, different tire for sure of what you want but I have been happy with the handling and feel, and the wear.
