Bridgestone R11

So I had Bridgestone RS10 tires on my R1 track bike and I like them. Bridgestone has since come out with the new R1 as a higher performance, track oriented tire. I've been trying to find a place that is selling them without any luck. Does anyone have any connections to know where I can get a set of these for my new track bike?

a quick google seems to indicate they're not yet for-sale in the USA (At least I sure as hell can't find them anywhere either!). A few euro sites list em but that's it

I talked with the Bridgestone trackside guy for OMRRA. Seems the R11s will be coming out in little Ninja sizes! But he was saying he probably wouldn't have them for round 1. Maybe in May...

The rs10 are decent for dual duty but slicks ( pretty much any manf) with warmers are the way to go for a track bike, last longer, handle the heat better and just give you an extra cushion and with warmers you get about 20 more hot laps throught the day as
You dont have the sketchy warm up laps

I know, I just canít bring myself to buy warmers. Itís not just the warmers, itís the generator to run warmers and everything like that. Iím still slow any way so that helps. Like I said, I liked the RS10. Never rode them on the street, but they heated pretty quick on the track and inspired confidence.
