Still on for this Sunday? Might come out from Snohomish. Could someone give me some insight on ferries/directions? I've been out of state for 6 years...

I'd like to see a ride around the 101 if anyone is interested. Morning or afternoon works for me don't really have anything else going on that day that I know of. Anyone in for this kind of ride??

So post it. That involves a starting point, gathering time, KSU time and sometimes your route so folks know what the intensions are. See to Adam's WNR thread for reference.

Every first Sunday of the Month.....So yes, still on for this Sunday.

Meet here: https://goo.gl/maps/8doB6tCjp4y (Catch the Edmonds/Kingston ferry)
Meet Time: 5pm

Sometimes we have rides, before hand, when they get posted. I'm thinking of posting a ride, but still waiting to see what kromlec decides. Giving him a chance to post one up, since he brought it up first

I like breakfast meet-ups with rides. One idea that was floated at the last one was to start a regular breakfast meet-up to alternate with the first Sunday nights.

Something like 1st Sunday bike nights and 3rd Sunday breakfast/ride. Would there be any interest in this?

And for one-off breakfast/rides, anyone is welcome to post one...hint, hint!

I hope you can join us!

As Willow said, I'd suggest the Edmonds-Kingston ferry. Here's a rough map for you. https://goo.gl/maps/8Jj4mjcxYnP2

I can't give any tips for good routes on your side of the water. After the Kingston ferry, the most direct route is to take Hwy 3 to the 303 exit and turn left.

I assumed that you might not be interested in the most direct route so I took you down Brownsville Hwy, which is a bit more interesting than the traffic of 303. If you have extra time and want to ride by the water, you can take Illahee off of Brownsville and turn left on Sylvan (or one of the other roads around there.)

The Cloverleaf Bar and Grill is in the same parking lot as Evolution Fitness.

Try this route to get to the ferry dock. Bikes may come straight down the hill to the dock, park at the head, and get their boarding pass in the main terminal.

For the Edmonds-Kingston ferry, I'd recommend buying a ticket in advance online. WSDOT - Washington State Ferries Wave2Go Online Ticket Purchasing

This way, you can skip the toll booth and use local roads to go straight to the end of the dock at Main St. and Railroad Ave, where they have a worker who will scan your ticket. (FYI: You can't buy a ticket from that worker.) Then you go to the front of the line in lanes 1 and 2. There is a motorcycle holding area, and you are first to board.

I am not a regular ferry rider though - so speak up, crowd, if I've gotten anything wrong here!
