Thinking of putting slip ons, different intake and Power Commander on the Octane. Whos a good dyno tuner in the area? Dont know where Mike Velasco or Nels ended up.
Would like to do a stock run then a tune after adding parts to get the A/F right.

Mike Velasco runs the service department at the Brothers Powersports.

Nels and 2wheel Dynoworks moved from Woodenville to Kirkland and share a shop with Optimum Performance Motorsports.

Nels is the only person I'd have tune my bike. Mike is good and all and much more local but I don't know how involved he is nowadays. Nels took care of my track bike and I couldn't be happier.

I'll put in a call to Nels and see if He has dealt with the Octane/Indian Scout. I see on his site that he has a program for the 106 Victory models.

I had my bike tuned when he was still in Woodenville in 2015 and while I was there one of his guys was working on a new Indian so I'd say he does. But yes, call them.

Definitely put in a call to Nels, preferably before you do any mods to your bike.
Nels does a lot of Victorys (reknown as one of the local Victory performance gurus) and he will give you great advice about what works best.
May save you some time and money.
Plan a little patience in getting ahold of him, he's busy as hell, but it'll be worth your time.

Nels is great. He did my FZ-07 and I could not be happier.
