Jason, PM sent.

Sentinel, shoot me a PM when your tire is in. Should be able to get it mounted fairly quickly. My set up is now in PO so it's closer to you. I am familiar with mounting that tire on that bike with the TPMS sensory since I put the same set on my Conny.

Roger that. The tire is an A-spec Angel GT so I don't know if the "enhanced" carcass stiffnesss makes it a problem. It's a bigass wheel, but it's still just a tire. Will-do. Thanks.

Makes them a little stiffer. Not a big deal tho.

Why you get an A spec? You don't even ride with your bags on it. You take it hoggin on Friday nights or something?

I got A-Specs too. I couldn’t really find anything about what weight they recommend the A-Spec. So, I got them because I weigh 275lbs and I ride with my wife and bags alot in the summer.

She doesn’t weigh 275 too though. Lol

I got it because the Origame Seadragon is a bigass bike. Everything about it is just...more. Especially when you operate the throttle thingy ;^)

Dunno. It's not rocket science, which I'm actually familiar with.

Lol. Not as familiar as I am, on both accounts. I don't put A specs on my Conny cuz they're not needed because they're for touring with a lot of weight, not a lot of power. The Conny isn't much heavier than the Busa which makes more power but I'd never put an A spec on it. I have PR4's on that right now and not the GT version either.

I also weight 250 on a good day, more like 260 to 270 lately.

I'm like 185-190 in full gear. I liked the way that Angels handled, and didn't see a reason to try anything else. I had PR4's on other bikes but I didn't like the wear pattern on the front. Not sure if I'll try the PR5's. Depends on the mileage I get on the Angels. I suspect with the C14 it will be around 6k-8k, based on the wear I was seeing before entropy got me.

Thank you for the quick turn around! Dropped the pressure down the 36psi cold. Wheels back on and fluids all changed.

Can’t wait to put some miles on these. Who wants to go for a ride tomorrow so I can break them in?

Tire should arrive Saturday.

Weather Web says rain all day.

Maybe we could do it over the weekend and then I will be sick Monday and go for a ride somewhere.

LMK if you want me to mount that for you. I would have to get it done Saturday afternoon or evening as I have plans on Sunday.

It was an Avon. I bought the bike used with these. They seemed ok but I was hoping to replace them closer to summer. “Pavement tested” said it look like a 2 1/2 in cut on the inside. So I definitely hit something. Just not sure and I didn’t feel it.

I'll be mounting it at a friend's place on P.O. over by the construction clusterfuck off Pottery. I can meet you and get the stuff, do the work and get back at you when I'm done if you want. I tend to avoid inviting people to his place since he's doing me a solid by letting me use his garage.
