On the "Sign Up" portion of your link, it says "Please Use this Form to Register" but there doesn't appear to be a way to access it to do so.

I just saw this last night and it's been WAY too long since I've been on one of these weekends and rides. So much fun!

Hey!!! It would be so great to see you again... you've had a rough couple of years for sure.

If you're on a computer, the registration box will be on the right side of the page, if you're using mobile, it will be at the bottom. I've found that depending on computer and connection speeds, it can take an a few extra seconds to load at times.

Have a great spring, and keep up the recovery!

It'll be nice to see you and perhaps some familiar faces again too. Yeah it sure hasn't been the best for awhile, but I'm looking ahead. I regained 100% ROM on my shoulder, it took 17 months of PT and well worth it. I bought a new 2017 FZ-07 so I won't be smokin' you all out with my vintage 2-strokes this year. Well, maybe. It's been too long since my beloved RD400 has seen Cougar Dam and Oakridge. We may not being able to get to it our favorite way: Breitenbush road, the NF road between OR224/Clackamas River Drive and hwy. 22 @ Detroit Lake was obliterated by a massive rocky landslide. It makes me wonder if it'll reopen this year at all.

The FZ-07 weighs only about 50 lbs. more than the RD. Kind of a latter-day, 4-stroke RD, but with 50% more HP. I gave the Z1000 to Kevin. He's just turned 119,000 on it, going strong. The bike that lived through the Old McKenzie Pass waking nightmare!!

I'll probably never ride another bike bigger than this again, due to my knee(s). A year after the M/C wreck, I had two really bad falls on concrete. It did irreparable damage to the right one. Don't look confused when, at a rest break or end of ride, I'll whip out a folding cane. I'm turning 60 in 3 weeks, but my right knee already turned 90!

Screw it -- just 'cause I can't walk doesn't mean I can't ride!

This computer gets screwy as hell with the unwanted updates. I have a mini tablet that I'll try later, 'cause the reg box still doesn't show up on this.

Yep, there should be several familiar faces this year
Thanks for the heads up on Breitenbush - I'll have to keep my eye on the road service sites and we'll adjust as necessary. No Cougar Res/Oakridge this year, I swapped out last year for some new scenery. Might do that loop again sometime in the future, but not this summer. The last time we ran it, it was getting pretty rough, and I'm guessing it will be a bit before they get around to any repaving for a secondary road like that.

If the computer and tablet both won't cooperate, just let me know and I can get the registration info from you manually.

Take care!

Out this year again. I'm singing in Seattle Opera's Porgy and Bess and this is out last weekend for rehearsal before we open on Aug 11th. Have fun and hope to make it one of these years.

Lessee... Aug 3: friend's wedding in Toronto. Aug 4 & 5: Hawk Rally in NY.
And yes, that'll be me on a Hawk GT from PDX to TO to NY to NC and back to PDX... yum/excitement.

Shouldn't you cross-post the announcement to PDX and to Salem--or are we flying on the DL here?

Bummer!!! But sounds like you'll be having fun just the same!! (and holy cow that's a looooong way to go!)

Not on the DL this year, just didn't think the admins liked cross-posts. I'll give it a shot and see if I get any flack for it.

Are you talking about NF-46? All the info I can find on that road just has the usual snow closures. Where did you see about the rock slide?

My bad....it's actually the Aufderheide, between McKenzie Bridge on 126 and Oakridge. But I heard somewhere they are trying to clean it up, but it'll take hundreds of truckloads. Some of the boulders are as big as small houses or large trucks.
