Wanting to help build a bike
I'm pretty new to motorcycles and my love for them is growing every day. I wasn't raised up working on vehicles much so I really don't have a ton of mechanical skills but I want and need to learn. I've done a few repairs on my various vehicles but not much with the motor itself.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has a project that I could help them on? My current bike is pretty new and doesn't need any work.
I want to eventually build my own cafe cruiser or bobber but don't have the money right now.
(I also want to start riding dirt bikes which is another story)
I know most people don't need a novice trying to help but I thought I would put this out there just in case!

Im out in the PDX area so a little ways from you. Best advice I can give you is to start doing maintenance work yourself. Oil change time? Easy enough for any novice to do. Some other easy maintenance parts(bike dependent) are spark plugs, air filter, brake fluid change, coolant change. Even new bikes needs a little work once in a while.
