Great seeing everyone today, despite the circumstances. I think Vicki was smiling over our circle today. Take care West, hope we see you again soon

Good to see so many old moto friends today. The setting was perfect and the weather was much better than expected! I'm certain Vicki would have loved it.

wow...its been over 4 months since I lost her....and it is hitting me pretty bad last couple days....I think the fact that "our" home was sold and vacated on friday may be a factor, as it makes it more real that she isnt coming back!..
I want to again thank everyone that has been helping me through all of this and for your support!...it means a lot to have this community!...dont hesitate to contact me, as it does help me to talk with others, even if you dont know what to say!...

This time of year is difficult, with the focus on spending time with family and loved ones. I can only imagine what you are going through.

You will keep hitting milestone dates, or have sharp memory inducers, but as time goes on and you fill the voids with healthful activities, (not swimming in a bourbon bottle for example), you will find the good and happy memories will remain and less of the sadness. Life can be short and should be sweet. If you need another ear or shoulder, just reach out.

Been with my wife for close to 30 years and we still like each other! She had a couple health issues recently that had us thinking about the 'what if'. I know it would be hard if I lost her, but I also know she would want me to keep going and enjoying life.
Remember the good times you guys had and get a smile going, maybe shed a tear or two, or a lot, then forge on with your day. Not a thing wrong with missing a loved one or crying from the pain of it. It does help.
Best wishes to you in your 'life journey'.

Hang in there. The hurt never goes away, just gets farther away and less debilitating to our lives. Do the things that help you not so much heal, but form the scar tissue.
