New to Bellingham....

New to the area. Ridden for about ten years recently and another ten back when I was a teenager/young adult.
My wife and I moved up here from Vancouver, WA a couple of months ago. Actually we live in Birch Bay.
Not a lot of curves around here and thatís what I prefer. Been on the Mosquito Lake road and most of the way up to Baker.
Looking forward to sustained warmer weather to melt the snow out of some of those SW BC mountain areas. Looks like some pretty nice road across the border.
Looking forward to Summer like most riders!

Chuckanut is fun and when Artist Point opens in the summer it is a must ride. Hope to see you at some bike nights this season. My wife is from Vancouver, WA.

Tried Chuckanut a while back on a Saturday. Zillins of cars parked along the road, peole everywhere. Hard to enjoy it in those conditions.
I wonder when 20 will open this year?

Chuckanut on a weekend or holiday is a nightmare. It is hard to beat on a weekday morning though.

Hey ya, Blaine isn't too far from Lynden. I like riding out to Semiahmoo and around the point down to Birch Bay. Not a big ride but good for shaking the cobwebs off after a long winter - can't wait for decent weather!

Hi Mike. I live in Birch Bay too. Are you interested in meeting up for a ride?
