It's one of those rare things that's cheap and yet works really well. I have the mounting plate for one in the bed of my pickup. Takes a couple minutes to bolt on the chock and it has held all my bikes very well.

Yup, that's the same one I use. Truly one of the only products I would heartily endorse from HF. (Unlike their bike stands. The back one is ok, front stand is utter garbage and your bike will tip over).

If you watch their ads, their HF tire chock goes on sale for $29.99 about once yearly.

(Horrible Freight. Haha!...I'm gonna use that moniker!)
