Apparently, the movie wasn't very good...
Many people complained that the theme of the movie was religion, and not motorcycles.

An open letter to the motorcycle community

My name is JD and I'm one one of the producers - and riders - in the film A Story Worth Living.

Tens of thousands of you came to see our film last night, and we've heard from lots of you in the last 24 hours. Many have told us how much you loved the film, but we've also heard from a number of you who've expressed disappointment in the way the film was marketed, especially the impression you got from the trailer.

I want to offer a sincere apology and explanation to all of you who feel like you were mislead; we would also like to offer you a full refund.

Well, having reviewed their site (before your post) I did get the impression that the film was more about a group of men celebrating their masculinity and how it relates to their relationship with each other and God. The motorcycle trip was simply the vehicle (no pun intended) to achieve this. However, I suppose someone else might get a different impression. I do like that they're classy enough to offer a refund for anyone who feels they didn't get what they bargained for.

You don't get that impression from the trailer. Watching the trailer makes it look like "Dust to Glory"

To get a refund, you have to have kept your ticket stub. Who saves those?

I'm going to venture a guess that the reviews are more exciting than the film itself.

The guy who came up with the idea straight up stated they were going to use motorcycles to get people into the cinema so they could push religion. Glad I missed it.

I've seen that behavior before. I went to a friend's funeral a few years ago and the whole production was an advertisement for the church. Yes, we've lost dear Cindy, but let us tell you how great our church is and why you should join us. PRAISE JESUS! Pathetic. And sad. All of her friends who were there were shocked and downright pissed off.
