I will never....

Make fun of you Dirt Pussies again. Just completed the Dirtwise course from Shane Watts this weekend. 8 hours a day for 2 days on a dirt bike doing trails and skills... My ass is dead, I can't close my hands and I have mud in places that should be illegal.

On the upside I have never done anything more then a dirt road so it was a learning exp for me, I had fun and learned some cool kids stuff. My bike doesn't look new.. nether does my boots.. gloves.. helmet...jersey... pants... I am totally the BOSS at dropping and picking up my bike, got that skill DOWN

On my first dirt rides for the season, even when I was 20 something...I always felt like somebody had kicked my ass, i.e. out of shape

Sweet

Shane Watts from Aussie?!! I was just reminiscing this week on how I missed watching his videos and reading about him in Dirt Rider. He's a king in off-road riding/racing. Taking a riding course from him would be an unforgettable experience...

I would really like to do something like this... I've ridden dirt bikes at various times in my life, but I really need some proper seat time and some improved skills.
